The traces of the former totalitarianism are minted on the street walls. Mainly these are the commemorative names connected with the glorious persons or events of the former state. Part of these names mark the unpleasant past; part is neutral; and part is quasi-totalitarian. So the questions are: What toponimic practices are relevant in post-totalitarian state? Does the decommuni-sation work? Does the toponimic transformation generate the international conflict? If yes why and which?
